A.S.A. Airlines Service Agency GmbH

A.S.A. was founded in 1988 in Frankfurt am Main. We specialise in security controls for aviation (§§ 5, 8 and 9 LuftSiG - German Aviation Security Act). With around 200 employees at the airports FRA and MUC we provide air traffic security services such as aircraft guarding and cargo controls (§ 9 LuftSiG), as well as personnel and goods controls (§ 8 LuftSiG). We also have passenger controls at our portofolio (§ 5 LuftSiG). Another of our core business areas is passenger handling, especially check-in, passenger management, passport and visa controls, etc. Our customers include more than 30 international airlines and Regulated Agents, as well as airport operators and government authorities in Germany.

The special nature of aviation and the ever-present hazards demand high degree of professionalism and flexibility. We develop a tailored concept for every assignment incorporating the individual needs of our customers and the official requirements and statutory provisions. Our operations management on location supervises tasks and ensures customer satisfaction around the clock. The high quality of our services is guaranteed with careful documentation and permanent quality monitoring in accordance with DIN ISO 9001 (TÜV Süd).

Our many years of experience in aviation security also recommend us for security consulting and training. We train personnel of Airlines and handling agents as well as security personell for all aspects of aviation in accordance with the German Aviation Act and EU law. Trainers with wide experience provide specialist instruction of the highest standards.
